On the right hand side of the foyer you will find a particular coloured bathroom for guests.

In the further course the central area of the house opens up with living, dining and kitchen area. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light. The dining area is framed by a small library with a collection of international books and from the living area with fireplace you access the covered terrace. This area is divided into a lounge area and an alfresco dining area, both with a fantastic view into the garden and the pool area.

The west wing of the house has 1 master bedroom with direct access to the garden and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom with shower complete the space of the villa. On the north side you will find another alfresco dining area, ideal for barbecues.
