The second floor has one more bedroom (no ensuite), a guest toilet, a large utility room and the kitchen / living / dining area. The kitchen is state of the art with current Mielle fittings and one large fridge in the kitchen and one large fridge and a wine fridge in the utility room. The dining room has a marble table with dining chairs for 8. There are 10 supplementary chairs in the pool house for both in and outdoor.
